Common questions
Where are parents' card numbers stored?
Not on Orbit's servers. Card and bank details are entered into and stored by a certified payment processor. Orbit only keeps a reference it needs to show payment status.
Can families pay without autopay?
Yes. Families can make one-time payments in the parent app, and you can record cash or check payments at the front desk.
Can we give year-end statements for taxes?
Yes. Families can get a year-end statement of what they paid.
